Finalmente è finito il gelo di questo inverno interminabile. Superati gli appelli, ripresi dalle inevitabili malattie di stagione, il collettivo formAZIONE ritorna all'assalto.



Nemmeno il tempo per iniziare le lezioni, che già rispondiamo al primo appello lanciato dai rappresentanti della Facoltà.

Lunedì 2 marzo, nell'aula nuova del piano terra di Via Tigor, si terrà alle 11 l' assemblea dei rappresentanti . Si discuterà del progetto Erasmus, delle iniziative fatte dai rappresentanti e di quello che faranno in futuro, dei problemi della Facoltà. Ma sarà anche l'occasione per il collettivo di presentarsi agli studenti.

Lunedì il collettivo si porrà davanti agli studenti, come sempre si è posto: un gruppo di ragazze e ragazzi, preoccupati per il proprio futuro, preoccupati dalle scellerate leggi decise dal Governo in materia di istruzione ( Tagli e "riforma" Gelmini ), ma decisi a dire No. Decisi ad andare avanti, a non disperdere l'enorme patrimonio di esperienze accumulato questo autunno , e che ha già fatto la storia dell'Italia, ma che non è ancora entrato nella storia: non è stato cioè accantonato.

Su questo tema si terrà un incontro pubblico martedì 3 marzo dalle ore 17.30 in Casa delle Culture ( Via Orlandini 38 ) dal titolo "Medici spia e strategie di controllo: qual è il ruolo della sanità pubblica e della società civile?". Saranno ospiti:

- Don Andrea Gallo , coordinatore e custode della Comunità San Benedetto al Porto di Genova

- Franco Rotelli, direttore Generale dell'Azienda Sanitaria Triestina

- Gianni Cavallini, medico di Medicina del lavoro

- Alfredo Racovelli , consigliere comunale



Questo appuntamento sarà il primo di una lunga serie che si inserisce nel contesto della Conferenza Nazionale sulle Droghe, che prevede nelle giornate del 12 e del 13 marzo una conferenza alternativa organizzata dagli operatori sociali.



L'11 marzo è invece confermata l'assemblea a Scienze della Formazione.

Mercoledì 11 marzo, dalle ore 15, nell'Aula Magna di Scienze della Formazione (Via Tigor 22), si terrà un incontro fra studenti, docenti ed operatori sul tema delle dipendeze.

Telecamere per le strade, nelle scuole e nelle università. Pattuglie della polizia che girano per l'ateneo. Cani fuori dalle scuole. Minacce di chiusure ai locali notturni. L'esercito per le strade delle grandi città.

C'è molto di cui discutere. Per questo vogliamo fare un'assemblea assieme a professori ed operatori del settore, per poter fare un quadro completo di quello che ci sta accadendo.
Stiamo attendendo la conferma del prof Luca Agostinetto , e del preside Giuseppe Battelli , ma indicativamente si terrà il 10 o l'11 marzo.

all'ultima riunione, si hanno buttato su carta alcuni punti per preparci in vista di un marzo che sembra quanto mai impegnativo.

But in March there will be another important event, outside the walls by the University, che però coinvolge direttamente molti di noi, specie chi studia Educazione o Servizio sociale: la conferenza nazionale sulle tossicodipendenze . Il ministro Giovanardi farà tappa qui a Trieste per portarci la Cristoterapia , promossa dal discusso Don Gelmini , e dirci che non ci sono distinzioni fra chi si fa una canna il sabato sera con gli amici e chi si inietta cinque volte al giorno eroina nelle sue vene.

Non è nostro intento creare un'ennessimo dibattito antiproibizionista, bensì vogliamo creare un discorso che ci permetta di affrontare in modo "laico" ed obbiettivo un problema così delicato such as addiction (of any substance). Come collettivo, oltre particepare alle varie iniziative portate avanti dagli operatori del sert, vi è l'idea di organizzare in Facoltà un convegno sulle dipendenze, dove gli studenti potranno discutere direttamente con professori, operatori e altri esperti. I tempi stressi purtroppo però non ci permetteranno di organizzarla prima del 12: vi chiediamo di essere pertanto pazienti per questa iniziativa!

Ma questo non esclude di tenervi informati di quello che gli operatori sociali faranno in questo periodo: ogni venerdì alle 16 al Knulp , il bar in Via Madonnina del Mare , si tiene la riunione per stabilire cosa fare nel prossimo periodo e nei tre giorni della conferenza nazionale ufficiale.

Il prossimo appuntamento sarà a casa della nostra amica V, mercoledì 11 febbraio alle 13, per un'altro pranzo sociale (quanto si discute bene quando si mangia qualcosa!!! :D ).
